1/3 CUP OF RED ONION - CHOPPED.
1 MEDIUM TOMATO.
1/2 CUP OF CICIARELLI BROS DRESSING.
STEPS:
PREPARE TORTELLINI TO DESIRED DONENESS ACCORDING TO
DIRECTIONS ON PACKAGE. RINSE WELL AND DRAIN.
IN LARGE BOWL, COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS; TOSS GENTLY TO
COAT DRESSING.
COVER AND REFRIGERATE 1-2 HOURS TO BLEND FLAVOR.
MAKES 8, 1 CUP SERVINGS.
